This condo is 700 sq. ft. with a full kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, gas range w/oven, refrigerator, double sink, all utensils and pots/pans), dining area, living room, TV w/satellite, bedroom w/king-size bed, full bath, all linens, two air conditioners, private patio with tables and chairs, BBQ, and breathtaking views of the water and islands. Smoking allowed in outside patio.

Guests provide their own meals

The beach is located about 90 meters from the property where there is an estuary. A little trail to walk down to the water’s edge. Far enough away not to be disturbed by passersby.
