The beach is located about 90 meters from the property where there is an estuary. A little trail to walk down to the water’s edge. Far enough away not to be disturbed by passersby.

This condo is 700 square feet with a full kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, gas stove with oven, refrigerator, double sink, all utensils and pots / pans), dining area, living room, satellite TV, bedroom with bed king-size, full bathroom, bedding, two air conditioners, private patio with tables and chairs, fireplace located in the outdoor seating area next to the pool and bird cage, gym equipment, yoga mats provided poolside, barbecue and stunning views of the water and islands. Smoking is allowed on the outside patio.

Ironing board, Linens, off-street parking, secure on-site parking for RV / boat / trailer is provided. It has a dining table overlooking the pool and the Sea of ​​Cortez. Comfortable seating for 4, books, satellite, cable, TV, bikes, boat (Captains are available to take you boating, snorkeling, and fishing.)

You can do various outdoor activities such as beach walks, bird watching, boating, ecotourism, horse riding, canoeing, scenic drives, shelling, shopping, sightseeing, hiking, whale watching, wildlife watching. The use of the pool is only for our guests, secluded hot tub overlooking the pool and the sea. Basketball court, biking, fishing, fly fishing, golf, optional golf privileges, hiking, jet ski, kayaking, mountain biking, rock climbing, fishing pier, rock climbing, boating, diving or snorkeling, scuba diving, swimming, tennis.
